Returns: Returns are accepted on all products that are in new condition and in original packaging. Please email for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping back merchandise. All returns must include the original order number. Returns are shipped at buyers expense. Please note that B.B.Lullaby cannot refund the cost of shipping charges for the initial purchase.
Local Pickup: Local shoppers in the Richmond area may pickup items purchased online at no charge.
