- Ordering
- Once you have successfully checked out using our secure checkout process, you may check the status of your order by logging into your account. The "My Account" option is available at the top of every page in the online store. Upon checking out, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your order receipt and details of your order.

- B.B.Lullaby accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
- Sales Tax
- Virginia residents are required to pay 5% sales tax on all orders.
- Shipping
- Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Additional shipping options are available during checkout.
- Returns
- Returns are accepted on all products that are in new condition and in original packaging. Please email for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping back merchandise. All returns must include the original order number. Returns are shipped at buyers expense. Please note that B.B.Lullaby cannot refund the cost of shipping charges for the initial purchase.
- Local Pickup
- Local shoppers in the Richmond area may pickup items purchased online at no charge.
